What is pain management?
Pain management is the process of providing medical care that minimizes or diminishes pain. Given that, we use minimally invasive procedures specifically designed to diagnose and treat a range of pain conditions. Our goal is to relieve, reduce or manage pain and improve our patients’ overall quality of life.
Do I have to be referred by a physician?
While a referral is not necessary, the best practice is to get a referral in advance in order to make booking your appointment and properly working with your insurance provider as easy as possible.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy. You can call our office at (501) 451-2500 to speak with someone over the phone.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Please bring completed new patient forms with you when you arrive at our facility for your first consultation or procedure. If you choose not to fill out the forms before your appointment, please arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete the forms. Please bring copies of the following:
- Drivers license or approved government identification card
- Valid insurance card
- Drug and allergy list
You will also receive an email with detailed information and patient forms prior to your appointment or procedure.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our office is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We try our best to accommodate your desired appointment time. Please call (501) 451-2500 to speak with someone over the phone.
