Spinal stenosis is an abnormal tightness of the spinal canal or neural foramens. This tightness puts pressure on the spinal cord and/or the nerve roots.

What Are Symptoms of Spinal Stenosis?

Symptoms can include pain, numbness, or weakness of the arms or legs. Symptoms present gradually and improve bending forward, or sitting, this is known as the “Shopping Cart Syndrome”.
